A few diet recipes

Steamed fish cakes.

In gastritis, diet recipes include the use of lean fish. It is useful to eat hake, cod, pollock at least 2-3 times a week. You can buy ready-made fillets. Otherwise you have to cut the carcass of the fish.

  • 200 g fish fillet;
  • 50 g white bread pulp;
  • 3 tablespoons milk;
  • 1 egg white;
  • 15 g butter;
  • salt to a minimum.

Stir the milk-soaked pulp into the fish fillet. Salt the table, roll twice in a meat grinder. Add protein to the minced meat, mix well. Form small patties and steam. Before serving, pour melted butter over the dish.

Steamed omelet.

Quail eggs are a great alternative to eggs in an omelet. They are considered very useful and turn out to be more delicate.

  • 10 quail eggs;
  • 3-4 tablespoons of milk;
  • 2 teaspoons flour;
  • pinch of salt;
  • vegetable oil (to lubricate the form).

Beat several times and mix the eggs. All other ingredients except oil are added to them. Many recipes for gastritis allow the use of finely chopped herbs so that dill can be thrown for smell. The mass is broken lightly and poured into a greased form, cook in a steam bath.

Baked apples with cottage cheese.

food options for gastritis

This recipe is suitable even for those with acute gastritis. In case of illness, especially in the first weeks, the list of permitted fruits is small. As a rule, these are baked bananas and apples. The dessert is easy to digest and contains pectin, which improves digestion.

  • 3-4 apples;
  • 100 g low-fat cottage cheese;
  • 1 yolk;
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar;
  • 10 g starch.

Wash the fruit well, cut off the tops in the form of "lids". Using a small spoon, carefully remove the seeds and part of the pulp in a circle. Apples must have walls at least 1 cm.

In a filling blender, combine the cottage cheese with powdered sugar, egg yolk and starch. If available, add vanilla sugar. Tightly "fill" the apples with the sweet mass and put them in a form with sides. In the oven preheated to 200 degrees, the dessert should be kept for 20-25 minutes. Pouring a little water on the bottom of the baking tray will make the baked apples more tender.
