The following rules must be observed throughout the weight loss period:

  • Eat 3 times a day (approximately at the same time). Use fresh fruits and vegetables as a snack, but not earlier than 2 hours after a meal.
  • The last meal should be no later than 3 hours before bedtime.
  • Drink at least 2 liters of clean water a day (including tea and coffee without sugar).
